I’m Kaya, and I am a global online hypnotherapist, naturopath, life coach and healer with many years of experience. I offer in-person sessions in Cornwall, UK, but can support you wherever you are through online sessions. I am here to help you to heal your emotional traumas and struggles, phobias and fears, improve anxiety and stress, win over addictions from food, smoking, alcohol, and other things, and much more. I believe that healing needs to happen on all four levels: physically, emotionally, psychologically and energetically. Therefore, we will try to cover these levels as much as we can, and you can count on me to help you to heal on emotional, psychological and energetic level with hypnotherapy, emotional processing, life coaching and healing, and on physical level with naturopathy.

To work with Kaya was very calming and relaxing I discussed how I was feeling and we worked through it together with each session I became more relaxed and able to move on from the night time thoughts that kept me awake I can honestly say I've changed to a calmer frame of mind which is amazing and to know I can talk things over should I feel the need too with the after care helps immensely I would recommend Kaya to any one needing help an support.

It’s been amazing, I can see and feel improvements within myself as can others. I feel very lucky to have found Kaya. I was really struggling to cope but I can see the right way forward now. Holistic is right for me. And kayas way is even righter. Feeling hopeful.

I contacted Kaya whilst going through a very difficult crisis. She was immediatly caring, empathetic and supportive.
